Dr. Daniel M. Bade D.D.S., PC, ABOP         Dr. Bade concentrates on restorative dentistry, smile makeover's and the treatment of Orofacial and TMJ pain. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Bade has multiple University Faculty appointments. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. Dr. Bade is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as belonging to multiple other dental organizations.
	Melissa Harley, Dental Hygienist         Melissa has been the hygienist for Dr. Bade for two years now, working full time at both our St. John and Hammond offices. She graduated from the University of Indiana School of Dental Hygiene in 1995 and continues to attend seminars to further her education. She enjoys using the newest advances in dental hygiene technology to treat her patients.
	Veronica Dampts-Harris, Dental Assistant         Veronica has been a dental assistant for over twenty years and has been in our staff since 2003. She attended Prairie State College where she studied dental assisting and graduated with a certified degree. She is a certified dental assistant and member of Dental Assisting National Board.
	Theresa Stricklin, Dental Assistant         Theresa has been in the dental field for 20 years and is radiology and expanded functions certified. She attended IUPUI in 1988 for her expanded functions training. Dentistry continues to be enjoyable as she enjoys helping people and learning as Dentisty continues to advance.
	Annamarie Jutkus, Dental Assistant         Annamarie was born and raised in New York City and recieved her education at the Mandl Schol of N.Y. in 1980. She has been certified dental assistant and member of the DANB for over 12 years. She also has certification in radiology and in Expanded Function Dental Assisting.
